Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of talkapon.com and your purchase of coaching and consulting services from Tal Kapon (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services
    We provide coaching and consulting services related to personal development, relationships, and business growth (“Services”). The Services are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional services.

  2. Separate Agreement Controls
    Most clients sign a separate written client agreement (the “Client Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls.

  3. Payments and Billing
    Services may be billed as monthly subscriptions and/or installment plans (a fixed number of scheduled payments), as stated at checkout and/or in your Client Agreement. By enrolling, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

Payment terms (including the number of installments, amounts, billing dates, any commitment period, and any other payment-related conditions) are defined in your Client Agreement and/or at checkout. If you are enrolled in an installment plan, you agree to pay the full number of scheduled payments as stated in the Client Agreement, even if you stop using the Services, do not attend, or request cancellation, unless the Client Agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Plans may be offered in USD or ILS. Exchange rates and fees may vary depending on Stripe and your card issuer.

  1. No Cancellation as a Substitute for Payments
    Enrollment in a program or installment plan is a commitment. Cancellation, non-attendance, or stopping use of the Services does not remove payment obligations under the agreed plan, except as explicitly stated in the Client Agreement.

  2. Failed Payments
    If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, send payment-recovery emails, and request updated payment details. Access to Services may be paused until payment is successfully collected.

  3. Refund Policy
    All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing in your Client Agreement.

  4. Client Responsibility and No Guarantees
    You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Outcomes vary and we do not guarantee specific results.

  5. Confidentiality
    We treat client information as confidential to the extent practical for a coaching business, except where disclosure is required by law or you provide written permission.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

  8. Changes
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit talkapon.com or purchase our Services.

  1. Information We Collect
    We may collect contact information (name, email, phone), service-related information you choose to share, website usage data (basic analytics), and payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not store full card details.

  2. How We Use Information
    We use information to provide services, process payments, manage subscriptions/installments, send receipts, communicate about scheduling and support, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

  3. Sharing
    We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business (e.g., Stripe for payments, website/email/analytics tools). We do not sell your personal information.

  4. Data Retention
    We keep information only as long as necessary for business, legal, and accounting purposes.

  5. Security
    We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method is completely secure.

  6. Your Choices
    You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

  7. International Visitors
    If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.
